Newsletter and Hotmail

I sent out the newsletter yesterday and every single Hotmail or Hotmail-related address (msn.com, etc.) has bounced back with an error message that the newsletter was rejected as spam. My newsletter is by subscription only, with a double opt-in signup (in other words, the subscriber has to confirm that they do indeed want to be on the list). I don’t know how to solve this problem, if anyone has suggestions please contact me or leave a comment. Thanks!
